Start by selecting the plan that fits your image volume best:

• Free plan

  Ideal for getting started – automatically processes all newly uploaded images.

• Paid plans

  Include additional features like the History Scan for existing images and (depending on the plan) Priority Support.

2. Complete the setup

The setup guides you through all essential configuration steps.

• 1) At the top, you’ll see an overview showing which step of the setup you’re currently on.
• 2) Enter your brand name and a short description:
  • Brand name: The name of your brand – e.g. your shop name
  • Main focus of your brand: Briefly describe what your brand is all about. Example: “High-quality organic cotton baby clothing.”
• 3) You can define any number of custom requirements – such as “always use gender-neutral wording” or “professional tone.” These inputs will be taken into account by the AI when generating ALT texts.

Content Settings

• 1) The overview on the left shows all setup steps – you can jump back at any time.
• 2) You can also return to the previous step using the button at the bottom.
• 3) These input fields define how the ALT texts should be structured:

  • Select the language in which your ALT texts should be written.

  • Set a minimum and maximum character length (e.g. 10–125 characters).

  • Optionally: Enable automatic filename generation for your images.

    ⚠️ Important: If you enable filename generation (especially in the History Scan), the image URLs will change. This can cause issues if you’ve linked to those images directly via URL.

Vergangenheits-Scan

• Activate the History Scan to also generate ALT texts for previously uploaded images.
